parsers -- CSV and Markdown

parsers/string/csv/parse turns CSV text into an array of rows, parsers/string/csv/encode writes such an array back as CSV (quoting cells that contain commas, quotes or newlines) and parsers/string/markdown/convert/html converts Markdown to HTML. Edit either textarea -- the table, the encoded CSV and the Markdown preview update on every keystroke; Reset sample restores the prefilled text.
